It’s been a while since any of us have posted on the blog, but I hope we will be able to keep it active with memories and tributes to Sanjay.
The new Zac Brown Band CD has a lineup of awesome new songs. Track number 2 is called Knee Deep…it’s all about a guy who ends up taking off on a boat and experiencing an adventure with no stress and no worries to be found. I know that Sanjay would LOVE this song!!! Every time I hear it I think of him. There is also a song at that same album about “enjoying the ride” of life, Track 7. I encourage you all to get a copy of the new CD and turn up the volume. It’s a good one and a great tribute to our dear friend!!
“Say-jay”, my friend, as your birthday passes this week, you are deep in my thoughts. It always bugged you that your birthday fell near Thanksgiving and everyone was so consumed with family and all sorts of holiday plans…we talked about it many times. There were still some great celebrations had over the years in your honor. I am grateful for every one of the birthdays you did celebrate and only wish there were many, many more to come. xoxoxo
